Au Naturale

                                                       Beauty Regimen

TIPS:

1. Have a great sleep which means I really go to sleep whenever I feel or need to sleep, It's a must!

2. I eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables, the fresher one the better.

3. Go organic, as much as possible I try to use products that are organic from foods to my basic daily necessities (e.g. beauty products)

4. Moisturize, I definitely use a facial and body moisturizers. I usually go on a trance placing lotion thru my entire body after taking a bath and before going to sleep.

5. Facial steps before going to sleep. First, place a facial cleanser or toner, I suggest the one that are dermatologists tested. Next, wash your face using a facial scrub or a soap depending on skins PH level, but for sensitive skin like mine I’m using a placenta soap that suits me well. Lastly, have a good moisturizer for your face. Try using different products for a week to know if it really feels good on your face.

6. Stay away from the sun. These days the sun’s harmful UV rays can really destroy your skins moisture and can add to your age spots, it is proven. So better use an umbrella and pair of shades.

7. I drink minimum of 10 glasses of H2O a day. It really helps your skin to retain it’s moisture and elasticity. Plus, I also drink fresh milk daily.

8. No to fastfood. I’m really not a fan of eating fastfood meals, ‘cause I know how to cook my own food. Saturated fats from a fastfood meal can give us some serious skin problems like acnes and skin cracks.

9. I don’t drink coffee, instead I use it on my skin. I bought some coffee beans just like in Starbucks and grinded them, rub it thru my face and body with honey to even your skin tone and adds glow. You can use also dried tea leaves from the tea bags you have from the market. It’s totally rejuvenating, I really can attest to that.

10. Know your body. Listen to what your body is telling you, our bodies has it’s own way of repairing itself. So if you don’t have a problem with your skin, don’t try fixing it.

Disadvantages of Having a Relationship With a Model

My Personal Choice | Disadvantages of Having a Relationship With a Model:

     1. You will undergo certain critique on what your wearing every time you go out together.

     2. Rage issues, just like how Naomi Campbell and Giselle Bündchen allegedly assaulted their housemaids and general bitchiness.

     3. So many models partied their faces off in their teens that by the time you get to them in their 20s, they’re sober and vegan.

     4. Who are you kidding? She’ll probably end leaving you for someone more famous. Miranda Kerr ended up with an actor, Adriana Lima ended up with an athlete, and Natalia Vodianova ended up with an aristocrat. I mean sorry.

     5. Our career peak is twenty years before yours.

     6. At public places, eventually you'll get used of people constantly staring at you, or actually your partner for having a tall, slender almost perfect physique.

     7. Speaking of height, you will surely look like a midget every time she wears heels and take note we're not going outside without it just like snickers for men.

     8. You'll definitely have a run for your money, 'cause we love on trend designer clothes and items.

     9. Atleast you should have your own car and great hot wheels a plus.

     10. We are always out of town/country for go-sees and work, so before seeing us you must still book for a schedule.

And the Only Best Part of Having a Relationship with a Model:

➧You can have anything you wanted her to be rolled up into one, it's totally a rare opportunity.

P.S.  Don't forget we are also human being :)))

Une autre année du dragon (Another Dragon Year)

It was a great year, we all know that it changed most of our lives and so with mine. I've learned so much and gained a lot from these previous experiences. Some are interesting but most of it are all about learning from each individual I had met.
Last year I resigned from my job in the corporate world as a quality analysts, the compensation was not that bad so definitely it's not about the money. It was a tough decision for me leaving my primary career for almost three(3) years, everyone was like my family already and it was my life back then. Hence, I just tend to be so used with everything I do in the office. It seemed to be a safe zone for me. That's the time I realized that I'm no longer gaining from it and instead of improving myself, it became a slow progress on my part. It's no longer a conventional environment and even a bit unhealthy for me. So it hit me hard that time, I have to make something for myself.
I believe that you will never feel like working when you love what you are doing, my decisions were indeed right and now I'm living the life I wanted to be. Let everything take it's course and live the best of it. I'm fully into fashion these days, definitely a great experience for me. I never imagined that I can do so much with my craft. Gained so much respect to the people I know and meeting people that wanted to be just like me. It was overwhelming hearing some of those words, 'cause for others who don't know me by the way I used to be an obesed child and sort of a nerd in the school. I think I almost heard all sorts of bullying words on me and picking me thru different names when I was growing up. I know it was not easy but I never felt deprived or even less worthy 'cause I have my loving family with me. Instead of feeling down for myself, I step out of it and gained so much self-esteem or shall I say confidence. Realization strucks you when It really hits you. Discipline and self respect are few of the keys to obtain for a better you as a person. I got a thicked-skin and it became a carapace for me to show others that I am stronger, I tried not to show my weaknesses for I hate looking pitiful to others.
A new year is unfolding—like a blossom with petals curled tightly concealing the beauty within. As we get rid of an old year and look forward to a new one, we all try to be a little like Janus(Roman god). We know through experience what we did wrong and what we did right, and hope to do better this year. Some people make ambitious new year’s resolutions; others just take a deep breath and hope for the best.
My recipe for a happy year: Take twelve fine, full-grown months; see that these are thoroughly free from old memories of bitterness, rancor and hate, cleanse them completely from every clinging spite; pick off all specks of pettiness and littleness; in short, see that these months are freed from all the past—have them fresh and clean as when they first came from the great storehouse of Time. Cut these months into thirty or thirty-one equal parts. Do not attempt to make up the whole batch at one time (so many persons spoil the entire lot this way) but prepare one day at a time. Into each day put equal parts of faith, patience, courage, work (some people omit this ingredient and so spoil the flavor of the rest), hope, fidelity, liberality, kindness, rest (leaving this out is like leaving the oil out of the salad dressing— don’t do it), prayer, meditation, and one well-selected resolution. Put in about one teaspoonful of good spirits, a dash of fun, a pinch of folly, a sprinkling of play, and a heaping cupful of good humor.
"May all peoples of the earth become as brothers and sisters, and may the most longed-for peace blossom forth and reign always among men and women."
